‍Context
In collaboration with two team members, I conducted an in-depth usability study focused on Discord's calls and chats feature. We focused on this feature because it is central to Discord, enabling user connections.  Through rigorous analysis, we pinpointed user pathways and uncovered usability challenges, offering valuable insights and opportunities for improving user experience.
