I conducted an academic research study focused on personal intelligence and student employees. Specifically, I investigated counterproductive work behavior and poor relations with coworkers, which are well-known issues that can disrupt workplace dynamics. I examined key psychological variables that may be related to such problematic behavior, offering findings to assist human resource professionals in personnel selection and enhance hiring processes.
